When Liverpool Direct Limited won the contract to deliver Wave 2 of Building Schools for the Future, Computeam were engaged to develop an innovative showcase environment for schools to see what was possible not just with equipment but also with an innovative approach to its use. This showcase was named 'Ennovate' by Liverpool City Council and is based at the Campion City Learning Centre site just outside Liverpool City Centre.

Computeam specified and designed an environment that showcased the best of existing technology alongside items not normally found in mainstream practice such as a Microsoft Surface and games consoles. The Ennovate centre is used as the centrepiece for the education transformation programme and is to become a resource for all schools in Liverpool.

Alongside this, Ramesys, who are the education transformation partners for Wave 2 BSF in Liverpool also engaged computeam to develop the centre's website and integration with the city wide learning platform, learninginliverpool.net. This involved developing a bespoke content management system that could handle the demands of managing a single sign on procedure and an online booking system for courses.
