I feel part of a close knit team who work with a common purpose of improving educational outcomes and business processes for our clients.  As an Account Manager, I am able to visit our clients and use my technical knowledge of products and services to recommend solutions that have a real impact and address specific needs within the classroom or workspace.  I appreciate that it is of equal importance that these technologies are well supported to maximise their benefit and minimise disruption.

Being a mother to three Primary aged children, I can see how important technology can be in supporting their specific learning needs and it is great to be able to use this understanding day to day.  Having run my own business in the past, I fully appreciate that having a solution that is robust, reliable and supported is critical to minimise downtime and allow an organisation to undertake it’s key objectives.
