As the Head of People and Culture at Computeam I take pride in supporting our dynamic and growing workforce within the education sector. My purpose is to provide emotional intelligence, be a committed team player, as well as being able to work in strictest confidence, gaining trust quickly through my own personal values.  

As a CIPD professional, I am passionate in providing leadership on HR, people related issues and policies; and working strategically to embed great people practices that are aligned with, and enhance, our core values. I am proud to develop the internal culture to ensure continued growth, retain key talent and attract new talent to accelerate performance with a thriving, exciting and ambitious organisation.
