We are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our world class company. Candidates must have a good understanding of an experienced IT Consultant and be someone who is competent working with clients, customers and colleagues of all levels of seniority.

Role fundamentals - What you'll do:

Administration of Connectwise database

    • Convert Sales Orders to Delivery/Simple/Complex projects and implement products and services as required.
    • Close projects and monitor sign off documentation
    • Check pre installation documentation
    • Maintain Smart support schedules
    • Work with the wider support teams (such as Finance) to manage fleet vehicles
    • Manage warranties
    • Maintain schedules and calendars for technical staff, arrange and confirm appointments.
    • Create, prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents to clients and colleagues
    • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
    • Support wider P.M.O as required
