Strategic Consultancy: Building the Pillars of Change

Cost:  1 STEM Reward

Audience: SLT

An inclusive up to date digital strategy is key to an effective and engaging use of technology to support positive educational outcomes and this 2hr course is designed to empower all schools with the necessary content to begin to build or update their strategies.

Microsoft's’ Education Transformation Framework is a guide for all educationalists to navigate the complexity of transformational strategies impacting every aspect of their role. It facilitates the process of envisioning what is possible and developing a strategy to achieve it.

We will outline the four pillars that can build strength and resilience into any IT Strategy: Leadership & Policy, Teaching ang Learning, Intelligent Environments and Student and School Success. This course is 2 x 1-hour remote training session for key stakeholders. The initial session will focus on understanding the 4 pillars and how they can support transformational change at your school, which will hopefully allow the school to apply those pillars to begin to create that transformational document. The follow up session will then fine tune that strategic plan and add supporting practical actions and objectives. By the end of this course, the school will have a direction and focus that represents the voice and needs of the modern-day classroom.
