UK Best Companies Awards…
the results are in!

Dressed to the nines in our evening best, Computeam attended the UK Best Companies Awards at Battersea Evolution earlier this month, a live event which recognises and celebrates excellence in the workplace across national, sector, and regional categories.

Recognition across the board

We’re immensely proud to reveal the results of our 2023 rankings, which saw us climb to 11th position in the Mid-Sized companies sector. This is a fantastic achievement, one that not only showcases our commitment to creating a positive work environment for our staff—but also indicates the progress the team has made in the last twelve months. Just this time last year, Computeam was classified as a small company!

Alongside the exceptional Mid-Sized company ranking, we’re equally thrilled to have been well-placed across several competitive categories, including 4th in the North West, 11th in the South West, and 8th in the Technology divisions.

Here’s what Kelly Vincent, Head of People and Culture at Computeam, had to say about the achievement:

“Best Companies recognises the initiatives, benefits and hard work that we put into Computeam in order to make it the best place to work for our employees. Receiving such high accreditations is the best recognition we can ask for and we are only going from strength to strength. I’m immensely proud to work for Computeam and these rankings are the icing on the cake after an amazing year all round for us”

The Computeam Difference

At the heart of Computeam’s ethos, is a desire to support an employment culture where every team member feels valued and motivated. From executive leaders to apprentice technicians, we strive to ensure that each individual has the opportunity to contribute to our mission, grow professionally, and drive innovation.

Being named one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For is an honour that many aspire to, but only few achieve. Here's to our team, our achievements, and the journey ahead — let’s continue to set the bar!
