Windows 10 In Place Upgrades

Windows 10 End of Life – What You Need to Know
At the end of 2023, Microsoft announced that Windows 10 would reach its end of life on 14th October 2025. After this date, it will no longer receive security updates or support, which means continuing to use it could pose security risks.
To stay ahead, we’re proactively upgrading devices that are Windows 11 ready. This means only devices that meet the compatibility requirements for Windows 11 will be upgraded automatically as part of your support service.
What does this mean for you?
Over the coming weeks, if your device is compatible, you may notice it being upgraded to Windows 11. We’re scheduling these updates to minimise disruption, and most upgrades will happen automatically. If your device isn’t compatible, then don’t worry — our account management team should already be in discussion with your school / trust to look at the alternative options!
If you have any questions or concerns about the upgrade process, don't hesitate in reaching out for support. You can find the methods to get in touch on our support page.
