How can Computeam help me on my Microsoft Journey?

At Computeam, we help schools and trusts get real value from Microsoft – moving beyond basic use of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot into genuine improvements to teaching, learning, inclusion and efficiency.

Our approach is grounded in education, pedagogy and real‑world school priorities.

Whether you're at the start of your Microsoft journey or looking to move further forward, we act as a trusted partner who understands education and helps translate Microsoft's powerful capabilities into meaningful impact in your setting.

A focus on continuous development

Our training and transformation programmes focus on continuous development rather than one-off courses. We combine high‑quality Microsoft training with a longer‑term transformation approach that's shaped around your priorities.

That means building staff confidence, embedding best practice, improving efficiency, and unlocking features you're already paying for – all aligned with pedagogy, inclusion, and real‑world outcomes.

We work alongside you to identify what success looks like, support staff through practical, role‑relevant training, and help you move forward at a sustainable pace.

Education first, Microsoft second

We start with teaching, learning, inclusion and workload – then show how Microsoft can support those goals. Our training is always grounded in pedagogy and real classroom practice.

Training and transformation

We help schools and trusts use Microsoft 365 strategically, linking training to clear transformation priorities and measurable outcomes.

Making the most of what you already have

Many schools are only using a small part of Microsoft's potential. We help you get far more from Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, accessibility tools and automation – without adding unnecessary complexity or cost.

Your long-term partner

We work with you over time – supporting staff, guiding leaders and adapting as priorities change. Our aim is sustainable Microsoft adoption that sticks.

If you're curious about what Microsoft could do in your setting – and how to get there – a conversation with Computeam is the perfect starting point.

“As part of our project, it didn’t matter who was working for Manor Hall and who was working for Computeam. It was like a one vision, one project team. It was still the same service we were receiving in cloud migration number 17 that we did in number one… I would recommend Computeam because I think that you care about the work that you do. I think that you get education… and you go the extra mile.”

Katherine Staples,

COO - Manor Hall Academy Trust

“The teams that I work with are so much more efficient. Things like shared documents really have changed the way we work and have had a fantastic impact on workload and wellbeing.. its always been about transforming children's lives, and for me that's been about the partnership with Computeam from the get-go.”

Tamara Allen,

“I was new to Google, its really helped the way I work now... If I was to sum up my experience of working with Computeam I would say that its made my life a lot easier!”

Do I need licenses for Microsoft?

Most schools and trusts are entitled to Microsoft Education licences, which provide access to Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint – often at no cost for core functionality.

The right licences ensure that staff and pupils can use Microsoft safely, securely, and in line with educational requirements.
Computeam can advise on, supply and manage Microsoft education licences, helping you understand what you already have, what you might need next, and how licensing links to your wider digital strategy.

We keep things simple – no unnecessary upselling, just the right licences to support your goals and make the most of your Microsoft investment.

If you're unsure what licences your school or trust currently has, or whether they're the best fit for where you're heading, we're always happy to help you review your options.
