Bio: Mandi leads Education and Training at Computeam Ltd., overseeing their Digital Transformation and Training programme. She designs digital learning solutions to an array of clients, including multi-academy trusts, individual schools, and charities – focused on evidence-informed, outcomes-driven, digital growth.
With 14 years in ‘front-line’ education roles including tutoring, class teaching and leadership positions, Mandi’s career has consistently integrated creativity into teaching approaches, achieving a Masters in Creativity in Education and an NPQ in Learner Engagement through Technology Enhanced Teaching.
Having pivoted to the EdTech sector, Mandi acquired certifications from major firms like Microsoft, Google, and Apple, collaborating with Microsoft as a Global Training Partner and being recognised as a Microsoft Innovative Education Expert.
Currently managing Computeam's 'Learning Locker' — an asynchronous training platform — she supports flexible CPD for educators aligned with the DfE's workload reduction aims.
Mandi is dedicated to equipping educators and leaders with the knowledge, skills and confidence to utilise technology in innovative, collaborative ways.
